We gather the necessary documentation, including ownership verification, W-9, banking information, and the signed management agreement. Our agreements are month-to-month, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments.

This includes assessing major systems, safety items, appliances, and overall condition. During the leasing period, vacant properties are visually inspected on a weekly basis to monitor condition, security, and overall market readiness
Owners have round-the-clock access to an online portal where they can view leases, financial reports, and important documents at any time. Residents use their portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate directly with our team. Everything is centralized, transparent, and easy to access.
We offer multiple rent payment options, including online payments, checks, and money orders. All rent is collected directly by our firm, and security deposits are held securely in escrow. If a payment issue arises, we act promptly and enforce policies consistently. In the rare event of an eviction, we manage the process from start to finish to protect your investment.
